DNS records

See the raw DNS records any .virtualsociety name publishes, read straight from Freename’s authoritative Noto nameservers. No API key, no plugin.

A .virtualsociety name

Either form works — type korean, or the full korean.virtualsociety. If you leave the extension off, it is added for you.

What each record type means

A — The IPv4 addresses this name points at.
AAAA — The IPv6 addresses this name points at.
CNAME — Another name this one is an alias for.
MX — Where mail addressed to this name should be delivered.
TXT — Free text records. Holders put verification and wallet proofs here.
NS — The nameservers answering authoritatively for this name.

DNS cannot tell you whether a name is registered. A holder who registered a name and published nothing looks exactly like a name nobody has. Freename is the registrar, and only Freename can answer that.

This tool reads DNS. It reports neither registration nor ownership, and Freename is the only party that can answer either.
